GBin the beginning the customer service… In the beginning the customer service was good . I used them two months and i saw alot of improvements on my credit. Although nothing was removed they did get my payment history looking pretty good. I was late on my payment then they deleted my whole account i emailed them and called never got a call back. so overall my experience was okay
