Since I could not find a video editor, and I was very picky I chose to refund, and they refunded me no questions asked, and they were so friendly in the e-mail. I will for sure return when I need a VA.

However, she went beyond that by accessing our dialer and started spamming customers via SMS without making any calls. When we asked her to stop, she became upset and argumentative, insisting we should have trained her better, though that wasn't our responsibility. After ending the conversation and blocking her, she falsely claimed we hired her for a full day and accused us of taking screenshots of customer information, which she then spread online along with internal company documents. We reported her to onlinejobs.ph, but no action has been taken. The next applicant immediately tried redirecting our leads to her personal social channels to work with them directly and get paid by our clients! We advise staying away from this platform as it seems to be full of scammers. UPDATE: THE PLATFORM ONLIINEJOBS.PH DID NOT REMOVE THE WORKER WHO STOLE OUR CUSTOMERS INFORMATION AND THEN PUBLISHED IT. IT SEEMS THAT ONLINEJOBS.PH ACTIVELY SUPPORTS SCAMMERS WHO WILL TRY TO STEAL YOUR CUSTOMER INFO IN ORDER TO WORK WITH YOUR CONTACTS DIRECTLY! AS YOU CAN SEE IN OUR CASE WE GOT HARRASSED AND BLACKMAILED BY THE ONLINEJOBS.PH WORKER BECAUSE WE DID REFUSE TO HIRE HER. FEDPOL HAS BEEN INFORMED! DIFFAMATION LAWSUIT WILL BE ENGAGED! WE ARE ABSOLUTELY PROUD TO BE IN THE ADULT INDUSTRY AND WE SEE THAT ONLINEJOBS IS ABSOLUTELY HAPPY TO SUPPORT SCAMMERS AND CRIMINALS.
