GBDesigned to Fail The "Marketing" is designed to entice you to sign up for the more expensive program. Which I did... I went through the Boot Camp and that was educational. I was assigned a "Phone Mentor". He did his part, but when it came time to fly out to meet and show how to actually do deals, the person they sent was not my mentor, and did not do the "Required 3 Deals" that were promised. I complained about this several times getting a partial refund, but still never got the "In Person" Deals that are promised in the "Inner Circle"! I wanted to be a success story and have never failed. But this time I did.... It caused me to do a Consolidated Financial help. So, in the end, I never received what was promised! Only phone calls?

GBThe company will take all of your… The company will take all of your money. I've tried to refund my money back but the person who works for the Scam company said I already took some of the classes so she can't refund my money at all. But the company promised me if I am not happy with the company, they'll refund my money 100% but that was totally lying... The company is such a leach sucking poor people's bloody money. I believe there is GOD and they'll all go to the HELL.

GBDon’t do it... Terrible customer service I paid for the online program($4,000.00). We attended 1 session, and decided the training program wasn’t very good. I asked for a refund and they gave us back 1,750.00. So essentially I made a $2,250.00 mistake by taking an introductory real estate course that I wasn’t satisfied with.

GBUp sell, up sell and more up selling They have the best sells people in the world and they will convince you that you must do this and that cannot lose. They told us the success rate was 93% and that you could not fail. 7 months later and as far as I can tell, noone in our group has made any deals. They are selling you a needle in a haystack. The software they promise has a lot of holes, customer service wont help, the funding is a scam and everything they offer is an up sell of thousands of dollars. "When you to to Utah, you will have the chance to meet with an attorney and set you your asset protection, your LLC etc". What they don't tell you is that once you get to Utah, they give you another sells pitch where they scare you to death and then they show you your package options of another 10k. They are taking advantage of people and they are currently being investigated by the FTC.

GBResponse Rocks! I found the Deal Lab Training my husband & I attended last week (Aug 22-25, 2018) to be extremely valuable to the real estate investment company we’re trying to build. Just to be clear, this is NOT a “get rich quick” idea. This is just solid training delivered by experienced professionals already doing successfully what we hope to achieve in our home state. Definitely check them out!
