She provided good customer service/communication, asked valid follow-up questions and developed my resume accordingly. I would rate my overall experience 3.5/5 because the process took too long. I selected the "5 to 7 business days" option but it took over 4 weeks (20 business days) to get my final draft. My LinkedIn profile development process has not started yet. I wish it didn't take so long.

Take Your Money Elsewhere I have gotten significantly more interview requests and follow-ups when submitting my own resume than the one Brandresumes drew up for me. You end up having to write, edit, and correct most of the resume yourself. I don't think my writer had much industry knowledge. The Cover Letter, Follow-Up, and Thank you Letter templates could all be found for free on Google - nothing special there. The LinkedIn updates are useless and the job board postings haven't returned a single result, and its been 3 weeks.
