They probably don’t use real people, and they expect the client to make the corrections. Save money do it yourself or hire a business education student in high school or community college. I have never spent this amount of money for this poor level of service. I am not sure of their level of appreciation for the professional people who make live with disabilities. I observed a level of insensitivity in this matter. Beverly.

Updated Review/ Better Experience After posting a somewhat unflattering review earlier this month - Brand Resume's jumped at the chance to "make things right". I was assigned a new writer (Kim) who took the time to work with me via Zoom. This process was fast and thorough. I'm now pleased with the results - but still wondering where I'd be had I not complained in public?

Great resume writing, punctuality could improve Hello, Jalia was helpful in writing my resume. She provided good customer service/communication, asked valid follow-up questions and developed my resume accordingly. I would rate my overall experience 3.5/5 because the process took too long. I selected the "5 to 7 business days" option but it took over 4 weeks (20 business days) to get my final draft. My LinkedIn profile development process has not started yet. I wish it didn't take so long.
