I noticed a charge on my debit card in… I noticed a charge on my debit card in the amount of $29.99 by Numerade that was not authorized. As a matter of fact I've never even heard of Numerade so I'm not even sure how my personal information-( email address, DEBIT CARD INFORMATION) was even obtained. I need a full refund asap

However, it does not change my earlier warning to anyone who would like to try their service. --- Be very careful with this site as it could be quite deceptive. I didn't realize that my cancelation didn't go through because when I tried to do it, it kept telling me that the card information I had entered was incorrect. I inadvertently gave up and lo and behold an annual charge appeared on my account for a service I actually did not even use. I requested a refund but was sent a link to basically say I would not be eligible for one because they a NO REFUND POLICY. I had to cancel my card and report it to my bank and is now a disputed charge. I was finally able to cancel the subscription but only after I was already charged. They do not send you any reminders that your free trial will expire so, keep track. And even when you do, make sure you receive a confirmation email. I would not ever use them again.

Numerate is the #1 best app to succeed in classes. Numerate has helped me in many different ways, including the textbook and AI features has has helped me succeed in class and bring my grades up. I recommend numerate many of my close friends and even family members because of how helpful it is. I cannot describe enough of how much I love using numerate. It’s definitely recommended.

My teachers have commented that I am more focused and doing better in my courses. I am more focused and motivated knowing the material I am learning is actually quite fun and engaging. I have always struggled with math and grew to hate it, now I enjoy it and currently taking classes in advanced statistics.

If I could give them no stars I would If I could give them no stars I would. I signed up for the free trial and canceled Thursday. They billed me today for it. I logged into my account and it says I only have the numerate free plan and gives me the option to upgrade it. Emily Vargas told me I did not cancel my plan and to click on the billing link and select cancel. Funny because there is NO option to cancel since it says I only have a free account. How are you billing me for something that your own website says is a free account??? IT's mind boggling to me and I'm going to have to cancel my credit card most likely to get rid of it. Also, they don't have many answers on it. We needed it to help my son in Honors Geometry and it did not help much at all. I just want this whole thing over with.
