Joe is Amazing Joe is amazing. He really cares about his customers and is so helpful. I have to admit I was skeptical about buying a casket online even after reading all the great reviews. But after speaking and texting with Joe and all the follow-up he provided, I felt comfortable. He provided an absolutely beautiful casket, in the color we wanted and couldn't find anywhere else. He delivered it to the funeral home the next day. The price was terrific. I can't say enough good things about his wonderful service to our family at a very hard time.

We came across Casket Emporium by… We came across Casket Emporium by accident, nothing was planned for, and we had to make a lot of decisions quickly. We were also grieving and very nervous about the process, costs, and doing right by my mother in law. One call to Joe helped put our mind to ease about taking care of the casket; would it be there on time, would the funeral home accept it, would it be nice.
