Divine Caskets - best service and quality!! Divine Caskets is definitely the BEST place to get a high quality casket at a fair price. The funeral home had very minimal options of basic caskets that cost more than the beautiful solid mahogany one we purchased from Divine Caskets. We started ordering from another online site B***P****Caskets.com and encountered a very rude salesman (who we later found out was the owner). We didn’t place the order due to bad vibes we got over the phone and are so thankful that we stopped and decided to go with Divine Caskets!! Make sure to read reviews on BBB’s website! Just because another business claims they are BBB rated doesn’t mean they are telling the truth!! Go with Divine Caskets and you will not be disappointed - great service and product!

Great Vendor Transparency, patience and professionalism in answering my questions before buying, even text me pics of the casket since the website pics looked different in colors. No pressure sales and assurance that the casket will be in a new unopened box and undamaged and it was great. Prompt delivery and gave me notice in advance and time to inspect the casket.

Divine Caskets provided excellent… Divine Caskets provided excellent services. I purchased the casket online for my mom with no issue. Seamless process. The owner called me within the hour confirmed all the details and did all the coordination with the funeral home. I didn’t have to think about it. The funeral director notified me that the casket had arrived as promised via white glove service. On the day of the service I saw it and it was just as described at a fraction of the cost I would have payed via the funeral home. The five stars is because they handled everything; it was one less thing I had to focus on when my pain was unimaginable and for that I am forever grateful.

Good and reasonably priced casket The casket was well designed and reasonably priced. Was delivered on time and their customer service personnel were very helpful. I couldn't find the invoice for the casket and I called and left a message. I got a response immediately and after I told them my request, they promptly sent me the invoice.

Avoid Rip-off by Funeral Home I was able to talk to a live person. Greg was helpful answering my questions. I received the casket timely. Excellent product & customer service.
