GBKramer is the best! Kramer was exceptionally responsive to all my requests. During a difficult period, they were extremely helpful. It seemed they knew the answers to my questions before I asked them.

GBTook for too long.... Length of time for cremation to take place was over 3 weeks and staff at pick up were so fake acting. "Sorry for your loss". Worst of all a marketing issue of placing my mothers cremains in a white bag with kramer logo. Very traumatic.

GBEverybody we dealt with was very kind… Everybody we dealt with was very kind and very understanding. I didn't really shop around different places so I don't know how good of a deal we got but I felt that we were treated fairly and very professionally. They handled my mother and my father and they did a great job with both.
