Better luck with paying sites You need a place to leave reviews besides facebook. Not only to warn people of potential crappy landlords and/or tenants but to also rate the good ones. Not everyone has Facebook. Found my new place on a completely different site and hoping to never use Roomies again.

Very helpful! Love this site, over the years I have found 2 roommates and someone to take over a lease through this site. Because of their verification process I feel very safe in talking to people on here. They make the process of finding a roommate just a little less horrible.

Super easy to post Super easy to post. Communication between possible tenants is easy. I post on Furnished Finder and Craigslist, so it’s really luck of the draw. I’ll be back when it comes time to list agai .
