Positive experience with K&R Realty I had a very positive experience with K&R Realty. Their staff was professional and communicative during the entire affordable housing process. I worked with Lili and Canny and they were both very helpful while guiding me through the process and answering my questions. Thanks to them, I was able to find a great apartment and am looking forward to being a resident!

Best application process I’ve gone through several apartment application processes and working with K&R was by far the best experience I’ve had. Cheyenne was very kind, helpful, and quick to respond to all my questions. While the entire process took a few weeks, she kept me updated along the way which was quite comforting. Application processes can be nerve racking, so it was nice to know someone on the other end thought of me as a person and not just a file. Additionally, everything was done online or via email which made the process extremely easy and convenient. I definitely recommend working with K&R!
