A very stylish and well managed… A very stylish and well managed building. My room has a view of the city and I was very lucky with my flatmates, as I got to enjoy a friendly environment from the beginning. Also, really enjoying their cool calendar of events. They post about free and fun plan ideas on their social media, and me and my friends do most of them in our free time. It felt like a home in a matter of days thanks to the cozy furniture and welcoming atmosphere.

I’m a world traveller and have experienced service in countries all around the world - and my time with Alo in California was nothing short of perfect. They were so welcoming, they helped me out with things to do around the city, got me into high profile restaurants that I couldn’t get into on my own and provided a 5 start quality home at the most affordable price. I thought it was brand new when I arrived. The team was so nice and easy to communicate with and I could just tell they cared about our groups experience while staying with them. Really above and beyond people. Definitely book your stay with them - they’re great all around!

Good and easy alohause made my moving/living abroad so much easier. I was going to nyc for an exchange semester and the booking process was fairly easy and the customer service team was there all along. Also, my apartment was quite nice and some nice roommates.

It’s good It’s good, but sometimes it got noisy and crowded. I decides to rent with them again and moved to one of their smaller apartments. My new roommates are the best. The room is fully equipped with great views in the financial District. Pricey but worth it. I’d say 4.5 ⭐️
