GBStolen Deposit Money and No Action from Coliving.com Administrators I used coliving.com to book a month's stay in a foreign city. The booking went well, and the stay was pretty okay. There weren't any reviews on the place, which I should have been more skeptical of. There weren't any other people in the house aside from the owners who stayed in their room. The community vibe was unfortunately not there. Then, when I left the owners reassured me that I would get my security deposit back in 10 days. This soon turned into 30 days. Which has now turned into 3 months. The owners are avoiding my calls, texts, and emails. I have come to the realization that I am not getting this money back. I contacted coliving, they have been very cold, not reassuring at the slightest. They have done nothing in terms of demerits or removal of the listing from their website. I recommend using other coliving booking platforms, as there is a risk of theft and poor customer service.

GBThere is no customer service 1st booking - their website said cleaning was included, it wasn't. I had to battle with the host during my stay. There was no support from them. 2nd booking, I asked a question to a host and they charged me for a booking without consent. They wouldn't refund me in full and wanted to take a transaction fee (simply pointing to their terms). My credit card had to step-in and raise a dispute. Then suddenly they were able to refund me. They all do not comply with UK data laws and refused to comply with my SAR. 3rd and final time - made a booking, the host added a random £300 membership fee AFTER the booking. Asked for help - was ignored. Do not use this platform, there is no support, no help when things go wrong. Chatbots are useless and support appears offshore with generic response sand very little tooling. They don't understand the laws that apply to them.

GBDon’t book through coliving.com This is the second time I’ve used coliving and once again the property has accepted my booking and taken my money but then told me the room I selected has been taken. This website seems to take no responsibility for calendar bookings and shows all rooms available at different prices. I would suggest you go straight to the coliving website you want to stay in and book directly with them. Just use this site as a search engine, it’s not good for anything else

DEGreat place to find month-to-month lease for business trips I was supposed to go on a 6 months business trip and my boss recommended me coliving.com as a great place to find affordable housing with month to month lease. Most importantly, this is a great way to meet other successful professionals all over the world. Booking process smooth and easy. Would recommend to a friend

GBFound the coliving.com website really helpful! Found the coliving.com website really helpful in finding a cool place in Europe to work remotely from. I met lots of interesting people in Culla, Spain - a real community of likeminded spirits! The booking process was easy, and I was able to speak with the host to ask them any questions before arriving. Great platform for any digital nomads or travelers to find nice accommodation with cool communities!
