Very Positive Honestly I was skeptical as I had not seen or heard of Bigbigmart before, but overall I was very satisfied. The price on the Milwaukee chainsaw+blower kit was better then everywhere else. I only received an email acknowledging the order but not that it was sent, but it was delivered nonetheless (then the emails came.) It was suppose to come with an extra chain. I sent an email and they called me, then subsequently sent the chain. They called again the day the missing chain was delieverd to follow up. Overall, I was very pleased.

Small glitch! There was a small glitch with my invoice which the company addressed to my satisfaction in a reasonable amount of time. I will order from this company again. Their prices are very competitive.
