GBSo far so good ... So far my electric bills have been better than with my prior provider and have tracked my usage record that I keep daily .. it is renewal time now so I will see if Rhythm stays as it is or tries to raise my price per kwh like every other company has done on renewal.

GBRefusing to Help, can't reach supervisor, cost me over $200 in early termination fees Well, this company ruined my day and possibly my month. I accidentally setup a new account to start a few days before my contract runs out with my current provider and they are refusing to cancel even though they claim you have 30 days. Well, it's been less than an hour. Now my previous provider want to charge me over $200 in early termination fees for an accidental change of a few days early.

GBI didn't have to worry about… I didn't have to worry about activation, it was done quickly and properly. And they work with the date of payment, which to me shows they care about the customers availability.

GBOne year into program We just last month reached our 1 yr anniversary with Rhythm and renewed to a different contract. If the results are, as were explained, then we will be extremely grateful. We look forward to new results with roll over energy paying for taxes and fees as well as the actual energy used.
