Easy to share, but a few disappointing features SpotFund helped us fundraise for our mom's 70th birthday trip to Maui. I am grateful we found it, however I am giving SpotFund 4-stars for a few reasons. I was disappointed that we were not able to leave comments on the fundraising page unless we made a monetary donation. I felt that the option to leave a comment whether or not someone donated, or if they gave in a different way, should have been available. Also, the process to edit the page was frustrating because I had to go through the entire process from start to finish every time I wanted to edit the main message, rather than just going straight to that one part.

We Love Them! VERY easy to use platform with wonderful features, including easy sharing to numerous social media platforms etc. Customer reach out and support was present from day 1... helpful suggestions... and also quick and easy withdrawls. The process was easy The process was easy. However, you advertise that you don’t take a fee out of the donations and yet you charged me the same exact 2.9% as gofundme.com takes out the total donations. They should not advertise no fee’s if there is a credit card fee! This is false advertising. Not to mention only allowing donations to go through with a tip when you are taking a fee anyways. I don’t believe the credit card companies charge the same exact amount in charges as go fund me. That doesn’t make sense or make it a better option!
