GBGreat Customer Support This was my first time using Solidarity Healthshare after changing from having insurance. My first experience of going to the pharmacy to get a flu shot was great! I had to call customer support to confirm whether I had to pay out of pocket or the pharmacy needed to bill Solidarity instead. Customer support answered the call quickly and was extremely helpful. She explained everything and answered all my questions. I've already submitted all the paperwork so I should be getting reimbursed shortly. Thanks Solidarity for making my first use experience a great one!

GBNot perfect, but amazing for the price We've used Solidarity for a few years and are incredibly grateful for them. Our son was born with Down Syndrome, a congenital heart defect, and suffered a brain injury during open heart surgery followed by seizures. He was a very expensive baby in his first 12 months. Solidarity has helped us work through this and paid for everything we expected. Sometimes it takes longer than I believe necessary, but I can live with that.

GBAbsolutely the WORST "MANAGEMENT" in… Absolutely the WORST "MANAGEMENT" in the History of business... They hide and play with members feelings, and gullibility.. on the guise that they are religious or a Christian order... See Judas Iscariot 😳 Nobody makes a decision that's beneficial for anybody just like the current "presidential administration" It's a joke and ... It's like border control 🤢🤢🤢 RUN... it's the best thing you'll EVER do😔

GBCINO ( Catholic In Name Only) Still the worst healthshare ever. Daughter had ER visit in July 2021. Just now got notification of “sharing “ That is almost 3 years. Currently zero movement on cancer treatments from September, 23. Their preferred provider for breast cancer was a plastic surgeon 2 hours away from me.

GBUnreasonably long processing times. We faithfully paid our monthly share amount for 3 years from January 2020 to January 2023. We have 17 outstanding medical bills that Solidarity has not shared into. These bills were incurred from February 2022 to October 2022. We were active members from January 1st 2020 to January 32st 2023. All of the 17 medical bills were incurred and submitted WHILE we were active members. 16 of them finished processing WHILE we were active members and were placed into a “batched, waiting for payment status” WHILE we were active members. If Solidarity had shared into these bills in REASONABLE amount of time, then we would have still been active sharing members when these bills were shared into. Instead, our bills are now being placed at the end of the line behind active sharing members because of the following ambiguous statement in their Sharing Guidelines "Only Sharing Members with an active Membership will have their Eligible Medical Expenses Shared. " How long will it take before these bills are shared into? It's been 2 years so far. I wish we would have never joined Solidarity in the first place, and I will be happy to put this chapter behind me. I write this review because I do not want others to have to go through the headache and stress I have been through so far with Solidarity.
