They were patient while I was changing quantity and design, and were all around super helpful. On top of that, the basketballs arrived even earlier than expected and are a great product! Great to deal with them Did not get my order yet, but still have time until expected delivery date. Up to now, everything is excellent, except that request for the first item approval came withing 24 hrs, but for the second item, even was ordered at the same time, the request for approval came much later than was supposed to come

I actually ordered back in 2011 the red, white and blue for the first time for my daughter's birthday and they were perfect and on time.
