Being in debt can be scary! Being in debt and being unable to manage financially is a very scary feeling. Madison & Monroe took that fear away! It’s nice & comforting to simply fax a collection letter or summons to M&M knowing it will be taken care of in our best interest. So far I've been having a horrible… So far I've been having a horrible experience with this company. Poor communication or no communication at all. Alicia never gives updates on my accounts. I even asked her and she never replys to my emails. I even had to go to court cause they couldn't solve my problem. Horrible horrible company!!!!!!!!
