Bus Crashed on Our Wedding Night DO NOT HIRE! Poor customer service from the start, then the bus crashed on our wedding night and our parents missed the last two hours of the reception dealing with it and driving guests home themselves. Management team on the emergency line hung up on us after the crash and never called back. I've reached out multiple times via phone and email and no one has returned our call or offered up any apology. I'm still devastated that our wedding night turned into such a fiasco because of the terrible service from this team. The drivers were lovely but management is just AWFUL.

ACC is well recommended! After a lull in communications during the initial price quote, ACC was very responsive and accommodating. Overall the reservation process was very painless. The real kudos go to our Driver, Rocky, who was very helpful, flexible and really showed the desire to give us a first rate experience! A maintenance issue with our coach made us flex our schedule a bit, but Rocky handled the situation with professionalism and ease. Well Done!

Ryan Burns did a great job Ryan Burns did a great job! At each stop,which there were many, he got the scooter out from under the bus for one of our handicapped participants. He navigated down a very narrow state forest road (one way) and was able to turn the bus around with very little room. the entire group requested to have him back as a bus driver on future seminars and we have never had a group request to keep the same bus driver in my 9 years as a program director!

Atlantic Coast Charters- Thank You for an Amazing Trip to NYC From the start of the reservation process to the day of the Charter, Atlantic Coast Charters made it easy for me to get the process going and finished with an Amazing day trip to NYC for the Christmas Season. Our Driver Joe, was Top Notch and everyone loved him!! Melissa was amazing from the start of the reservation and made sure everything was what I needed for the day of the charter!! We plan on another trip this spring and we will be using Atlantic Coast Charters again for our trip to NYC!!!
