Questioned answered The response took a day or 2 but did answer my question. I did not realise that a 3rd party org was being used to field the questions. Thier answer was not what I was hoping for but will assist me in making a decision as to weather to get the card or not.

Someone called the other guys doing an… Someone called the other guys doing an estimate and said they were my husband and I'd already hired someone. I suspect one of the guys giving me an estimate. My husband who I'm separated from didn't even know I was getting some stuff done until after the problem. Out of 3 estimates only 1 came and he didn't deliver the promised estimate yet even though he told me he would get it to me in one day. I cannot be sure so I'm not naming names. I fault the two that were told I already hired because they didn't check with me before giving up. I called the two that didn't show up to the scheduled estimate and one answered so we are pursuing an estimate.
