GBA great way to sell a vehicle! This is the third car I’ve sold to Carvana and the process is seamless if you follow the instructions. An unpleasant surprise was that we had to pay $590.00 to have the Audi picked up from our home as pickup was free the first two times but since we were unable to drive to Tampa we paid it. Your chat bot Sebastian gave me some concerning text responses the morning of my pickup so I had to call your customer service for clarification. The driver, Marquita, was pleasant and efficient!

GBSeamless + even fun This was a completely seamless experience, and I got more from Carvana than other trade-in offers I received. The drop-off day was easy, and my kids loved watching someone get their delivery from the "vending machine" while we waited. I'd definitely sell to Carvana again.

GBGreat overall, more direct communication when requirements not met. I have used Carvana previously and provided a 5 star review. If everything goes smoothly and all your documents are in order it is an amazing process. However, some of the nuanced requirements are not communicated well by Carvana. Ex. I uploaded all the documents with appropriate dates and received a confirmation pickup schedule. The day of pickup I called to see why no one showed up and they stated my registration expired 60 days from that date….. but with a CA title they wanted an expiration >75 days. This was not communicated until I called and was informed. At this point the offer had expired and I had to register the car again 2 months early, which required a smog check. And then was quoted a lower offer than initial. I wish there was more transparency for all issue, and more of a direct communication versus the end-user having to reach out when deadlines are missed by Carvana. Keri, the team member who picked up the car was pleasant and professional. Did a great job and was very personable. Best part of the experience.

GBthe representative was prompt and very courteous the representative was prompt and very courteous.my only problem with Carvana is the huge difficulty seniors have in contacting verbally Carvana. Many of us seniors are not so computer literate and if it wasn't for our children we would be unable to deal with Carvana

GBAbsolutely fantastic other than the… Absolutely fantastic other than the fact that the offer changed by $400 from when I first checked - the original amount was not honored. It was one of the reasons I decided not to purchase my next car through Carvana
