NEGATIVE STARS Wanted to give negative stars!!! Ordered several items since October and now it is 3 months after and another year, and have not received ANYTHING!!! Heard back from Annie Chung on Dec promising merchandise will arrive, but almost another month after and still no merchandise! Do not need merchandise anymore since BTS concert and Christmas is over!!!

To anyone else who has fallen victim - if you paid via PayPal, you may be able to get your money back by opening a dispute, BUT YOU MUST DO THIS WITHIN 6 MONTHS. I never received my order. At first they replied to my emails with generic reassurances that “we’ll forward the issue to our logistics team”. Then, after about 5 months, they stopped replying altogether. I wish I’d looked at TrustPilot reviews before ordering, but the website looked so professional, I just didn’t think it could be a scam. Please don’t let them steal your money like they stole mine.
