They took (2) payments from my checking… They took (2) payments from my checking account one day apart. When I contacted them and sent proof from my bank that (2) payments had been made, they told me they only received (1) payment... Interesting because I have proof from my bank that (2) payments were sent and received. Just filed a complaint with the BBB, also my bank has forward BBB the documentation.

Super easy process Super easy process! I was funded the next day, the terms were easy to understand and I like that I’m allowed to pay down my loan at any time without penalty. Rates are about the same as most lenders, it’s never a cheap option, but when you’re in a pinch, it’s worth it. Loved that everything was done online and I didn’t have to bother with a phone call or extra paperwork!

You don't really know how much the interest rate is until after you're approved and they assume you will accept the loan terms. When you go to "agree" to the terms there is no "agree" icon to push so you don't know if you are agreeing or not until you receive an email that says you do, this could be tricky if you decide not to take the loan. Some things need to be updated.
