Nonexistent customer service I ordered two pairs of the same socks. One came out perfect and the other pair was completely messed up. I tried emailing two different addresses they provided for customer service (one in the original order email and the other on their website) and both came back undeliverable. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Send proofs I added a note for the production team to leave in my dogs chin. I was told PupSocks could not send a proof, but before the socks arrived, they sent a up-sell promo and my dogs chin was cut out and weird cheeks were created where my dog had none. He was unrecognizable. This image could have been sent as a proof. I get this message when trying to reach customer service. Super cute! Wish they were softer The photograph of our puppy turned out perfectly, just the way we requested it to be cropped. I wish the socks themselves were made from a softer, higher quality material though. but overall, good experience. I'd use them again.
