Bad COMPANY BAD QUALITY - BAD POLICY I paid for a 6 page paper and received an 8 page paper, you might think of great I got more but if you have a limit you will loose points for it. I asked for specific things on the paper and received half of it. The citations were false meaning that thought you are citing at the end of a sentence; when you go into the article there is no such information. That could get you kicked out of school. I had submitted a rubric and it was not followed. The company recognized that it was a bad paper but would not refund but are only offering a free paper. NO NO NO - you did not provide the service requested. And no nowhere is your policy says a free paper will be offered it talks about refunds. SCAM COMPANY do not Use. Use another service. There were many grammatical mistakes and the some sentences don't even make sense. It is as if the person just shuffled words around. They do not stand by the quality of their product.

No response to 24-hour support promise I placed an order. I wanted to add files to my order the next day. I did not remember my password. Their site says they will send me an email to change my password. The email has never come. I contacted them multiple times via chat, Whats app, and email. It has been 4 days but no response. Many times I sat on their 24-hour support chat and no one ever responded. Sometimes it seemed like a non-human who just responded "Hi" but no reply to my questions. This is my first experience. They have my money but I want it back.

SCAM, FRAUD Stay away, company is based out of Kenya with a false number online. Fake company, fake good reviews. Ordered a paper to be delivered days ago with no paper. They do not respond to emails demanding refunds, or any other emails for that matter and now I have to change my card number through my bank because I realized they are fraud. They need to be caught and taken down!!!!
