Loved paypal for decades. Now SUCK! Loved paypal for decades, but recently the worst experience ever. The still have my $7k pending for 2 weeks. I have lost my reservation for a vacation during this hold and they will not answer a phone or any email. I simply asked for them to process payment to a verified friend or put my $7k back into my account. Still in limbo with ZERO way to get anyone to answer. Will never use them again! Total BS

Customer service is terrible Customer service is terrible, I can't update my info. Keeps saying invalid after I even validated my number. They will always side with thieves on ebay. You can sent a correct product and anyone can dispute it, and send back something else keeping the money and your product. Customer service was very rude

DO NOT USE PAYPAL - EVER DO NOT USE PAYPAL! Cancel your service, delete the app from your phone, switch to Google Pay or a reputable service. Your money is not secure with PayPal and scam online merchants know that PayPal will not protect your transaction. No refunds, no protection from PayPal. Run, run fast!

You can't talk to anyone when you call… You can't talk to anyone when you call them. First of all the phone # is buried in the website and not easy to find. Then when you call, after being instructed by the online help that couldn't resolve your issue, the automated system says they're busy and get help online. The never ending cycle of terrible customer service.

Great Website The fact that this website exists and has existed since 2003 is proof that their title is accurate. From bitter personal experience I know that Payapl sucks. Use this website and the information on it to free yourself of Paypal. I can't recommend it highly enough.
