Auto-Vox V5 Pro / Excellent customer service I have been very happy with the Auto-Vox V5 PRO. Front and rear cameras and rear view mirror are high quality. I recently had damage to the rear view camera and received excellent customer service from Kaya who coordinated a replacement camera and followed up with me several times to ensure satisfaction.

Great product, great Customer Service! The product is wonderful, but the thing that has won my loyalty is the customer service -- absolutely, unbelievably wonderful. When my third purchase stopped working, I thought there was no recourse, but decided to try Customer Service. This kind, patient person named GiGi offered several suggestions (that didn't help), and then offered to send me the newest model, gratis. She did, and when it came, I installed it in minutes.
