GBNew & Improved TTP - Not so much As a 15 year plus member on the original Toy Peddler, that had become a great site for selling and buying diecast. Fortunately when the migration to Hobbydb happened I was not in the position of having a ton of sellers credits banked (maybe $50), so losing those in exchange for no fees on Hobbydb wasn't a huge issue. What IS a huge issue is the fact that Hobbydb is not remotely user friendly, and trying to use the search function (as a seller or buyer) is a painful process at best. Gone are the days of scrolling through a members specific category listings and purchasing as you can no longer easily find those listings. Looking at member profiles, people with 25000 plus sales on the previous site now have 25. So traffic that's actually purchasing is WAY down from the previous version. Add to that multiple site downtimes/glitches and slow page loading as you scroll through an endless mass of pictures. I can appreciate that there may have been issues we as end users didn't see with the old site, but the "improvements" made to the back-end side of the new site have pretty much ruined the customer experience on the front-end.

GBExcellent place to not only database my… Excellent place to not only database my various collections, but a place to keep score of the individual and total price of everything I have collected. Updates my total value frequently. Haven't had a chance to buy or sell within the site over the last 4yrs I have been a member, but from browsing it looks very fair and easy to navigate.

GBCollectibles Management at its Finest hobbyDB is a "one-stop shop" to easily locate trending values for my collection. They have entries for almost everything you can think of: trading cards, die-cast cars, vinyl toys, posters, even autographs! I can track purchase details such as date, location and amount, as well as personal details like, where the item is stored in my house, it's condition, pictures, etc. I have a rather large collection and would get "lost" in it if it weren't for hobbyDB!

GBA great database of collectibles A great database of collectibles. I add to it all the time and use it to research what I miss in my model car collection. It's very broad so you can store a lot of information and photos about each item. Also SEARCH ON KEY WORDS TO FIND WHAT YOU are looking for.

GBHOBBY DB Toy Peddle SUCKS PLEASE READ if you are a Toy Peddler member being held-up by Christian Braun and his crap hobbydb site. Many many people I've talked to can't figure out his new site and flat out don't want to cause it SUCKS, anyway he has completely changed what members signed up for and bought selling credits to list. Now he completely ruins the site and refuses to allow anyone any sort of a refund... personally I asked for 1/2. Needless to say being a collector/trader/seller it really rubs me the wrong way that this spoiled rich guy is basically screwing everyone out of their money. Hopefully there is a lawyer/collector out there or someone who can get a class action lawsuit against this clown!! At the very least! Please feel free to reply how he screwed you over.. #boycotthobbydb #hotwheels #hotwheelscollector #hwc #hobbydb #toypeddler #diecast #toys #hwrlc #playdayscollectibles #diecast_daily #collectibles #collection #collector #mattel #matchboxcollector #redlineclub #greenlight #tomica #japanhotwheels #malaysiahotwheels #malaysiahws #scandalous #crookedkingdom #losangeles #ripoff #scamalert #ministry.of.diecast #mattelcreations #hotwheelsoffical
