ALGood times with crippled charting I’ve been subbed to the Premium service for years at this point. While the actual service is great for basic and unique charting features and has the potential to be incredible, this review is focused on customer service (and why it degrades the entire TV experience). For that, 4 of 5 stars are flushed down the proverbial toilet…because if you ever run into chart inconsistencies or other technical issues, you’re up TV s*** creek without a paddle. That translates into accepting the unacceptable in the form of perpetual technical bugs, data inconsistencies between charts and time-frames and foundational features that work for some time only to randomly cease to function, never to return. I’ve opened a couple of support tickets outlining my issues in extreme detail and the replies I got were so utterly useless, I’m at a loss for words as to how to accurately express the emotions they engendered. Helplessness? Existential angst? That news report about the guy that flew his plane into the IRS building comes to mind…but I digress. I’m beginning to suspect that the ‘support agents’ are just really bad AI that are incapable of anything except the most rudimentary responses…which may or may not even correspond with the actual issue you’re having. If you enjoy being gaslighted and your technical problems marginalized by friendly, useless AI that have no idea what you’re asking unless you stick to an under 200 word vocabulary, you’ll love Tradingview support! You’ll especially love tolerating the bugs that interfere with accurate charting because noone is accountable for anything on the platform. And as a bonus, you’ll have trouble finding any official TV tutorials that reference their latest updated layout or any nuanced issues at all for that matter. Since they are somewhat of a monopoly and no other service comes close to what they provide in terms of charting tools, I continue to pay them to be abused and confused and to enjoy the 1 star service at 5 star rates. VNStop using this platform ! I have been using Tradingview with Premium account for 5 years and more. Trying to share my indicator to community but I always got banned by their stupid home rules and get a un-respectful and impolite explaination from their team. I tried to contact to get the solution but they're all useless with a terrible support attitude. Stop using this platform !

AUThe service I signed up for is not this one… The service I signed up for is not this one. What I got here surprised me. I can’t get into my premium account. Passwords are not accepted on this website. I tried changing my password, and after entering the new one, I was given a new, free account with same email address that u my nickname rather than my first name. I still have charges associated with cancelled paid account. I’m going to return to Automatron Investment where I get paid every week and don’t need to ask for support.

CWHorrible customer service. Horrible customer service. Tried to open up a support ticket, Received 'Error, report could not be send due to a server error' Refreshed page a coulple of times. Tried another browser No possible way to open up a support ticket. I made a screenshot of the error and my question and send it by mail. The answer on the email was: "We don't provide support via email. Please open a support ticket from the website." Great job t.v. !

RONot recommend They are all in on marketing and keeping you as a client with discounts up to 50% but their platform on futures is having big connectivity issues and SL, TP placement. To me looks like a company who is much more interesting in selling you than provide good, quality services. I personally don't recommend it for futures trading.
