Do not trust this service Do not trust this service. You can't even confirm an appointment before they charge you. It's all a scam. The booking page says, "You will not be charged yet" - You enter your card information and then it charges you.. Like what kind of business is this place running. Even then, you are automatically set up with a person without having the opportunity to choose, read reviews of the person, read a bio of the person? Whoever created this app, has poor business mindset. Poor service, do not trust.

I booked appointment on Valentine’s Day… I booked appointment on Valentine’s Day and it’s said that I would not be charged until the appointment was confirmed but they charge my card . The appointment was not confirmed four hours before my appointment I called and they couldn’t tell me nothing but yes, they charged the card and somebody will be calling me, so I said go ahead and cancel the appointment because I can’t wait more hours before the time if somebody don’t show up and haven’t nobody’s confirmed, but you already receive the money. They still charge the card a cancellation fee.

Great Service This was a great experience. I was staying at a hotel in Miami and after a super stressful day dealing with business matters, all I could dream of was a deep tissue massage. Bigtoe came to the rescue! My masseuse was nice, punctual and super skillful. I visit Miami at least once a month and can imagine myself being one of their regulars.

Do not use this company Do not use this company. Gave them the address in their app and they couldn’t find it. Therapist asked me for directions. I’m from out of town, all I had was the address. When she was 15 minutes late, I told her it was too late and to cancel. They refused to issue a refund.

Big toe yoga disappoint me I booked an appointment this morning for a at home massage they took my card information and told me that I had an appointment between 2:00 and 4:00 today and I asked them to tell the therapist to call me when they are on their way so around 2:00 after I've wasted my whole day waiting on them I get a text saying that Unfortunately they cannot find any therapist today would tomorrow be okay. Well I am in such pain with my hip I was ecstatic when I found found out I could get someone out to help relieve my pain today. What company would book you an appointment tell you a window of time and then not knowing if they had a therapist to fulfill that appointment. Horrible horrible horrible horrible customer service I would not recommend them. And I think you would be just as disappointed with them as I am and by the way I tried to post this on their Facebook page but they would not allow me to post it somehow they blocked me from it
