Spoke with a real person Spoke with a real person rather than having to deal with a confusing automated phone system. The agent was able to provide me with all the information I needed to make a decision on what rental was best for me. He answered all my questions clearly and effectively. Overall the process was fast and easy.

Experience OK but need improvement Overall experience was good but with a bitter taste. The Dumpster we rented was over-weight by 2.44 tons which ocurred into a $354.47 charge. The PROBLEM is/was we were never informed, notified of this in anyway. I disputed the charge which NOW I will rescind. Much better if someone at Hometown Waste & Recycle properly informs the Renting Party of extra weight.

Excellent Dumpster Service The initial customer service and helpfulness of the staff is fantastic. I live out of state and had to book a dumpster to empty a home. I have never had to do so any of this before. Aside from being super responsive and helpful , they were extremely detailed and the process ran extremely smooth. The follow ups were also appreciated from staff.
