sorry well frist of all I had a potty supposed to come for the April 29 event and they never did show up so why yall didn't call me and let me know anything I'm very upset yall are a bad company I would never never call yall again I'll will go with a different company

Poor poor service. Staff bad attitude Company could let you know when they are not going to deliver the Porta Potty. They could return their phone calls as promised or email in a timely fashion. Poor poor customer service. Lots of promises but no porta potty delivered.

I got ripped off big time renting a two stall porta potti… I rented a two stall porta potti trailer for my daughter's wedding which is scheduled for 9-24-22 . The contract for $2100 was approved on 8-4-22. On Friday 9-16-22, the week before the wedding Country wide sales guy Chris called me and said there would be an additional delivery charge of $1000. I complained vigorously and he "kindly" offered to cancel the contract if I didn't pay up. I made a few phone calls and there were no similar trailers available. He then "graciously" reduced the delivery fee to $800. Being completely over a barrel, I agreed. This outfit cannot be trusted. PLEASE don't use them for anything.
