Bad business For the second time I come to eat at Waffle House store #2006 in Jacksonville Florida and the restaurant is closed even though it show open on its website, I went to store 1518 and same thing closed and website says that it’s open, both time the parking lot had more the four car playing music out loud. I don’t know what is happening, but someone is sabotaging my preferred restaurant for breakfast.😡☹️

Was at waffle house on London Groveport… Was at waffle house on London Groveport rd on Saturday 4/27 around noon. I witnessed Jess tell Ceira to shut the f!!k up. In front of multiple customers. I know MIT have been at this location for weeks. Is this how you train youre management.

Store # 464 4:50 am -Wonderful wonderful courteous associates! My new favorite Breakfast joint! Store # 464 has 2 employees when I arrived. The person who’s name and the cook whos name I will get in one moment were outstanding!! Super polite!! Super courteous!! 4:50 am and they were as chipper as ever!! I’ll come back to this location specifically because of how outstanding this visit was!! The two employees names were Jennifer was my order girl and the cook was Dre.

Waitress help needed Thought I would give you a 2nd chance. However, I am sorry to say there will not be a 3rd time! Each time I sat in a booth waiting to be served for a long time while two waitresses at the end of the counter looked at me but made no effort whatsoever to serve me. Finally a waitress came from the back as I was leaving. She didn't ask if she could help me, only if i was Leaving. Are the waitress not allowed to leave their service area?

After my visit today, I was thoroughly impressed with Felicia woods at store #2139. In Jackson Mississippi. She gave professional and courteous service that far exceeded my expectations..
