Helpful Customer Service Had to change the shipping address. Called the store and surprisingly got a real person answering the phone. Changed a few things and got it shipped to the correct address.

The gentleman (whose name I forgot— but do remember him being from Italy) was exceptional at helping me choose the right boot from Trippen. He was patient and gave me options of trying shoes. I really enjoyed his service and didnt feel like he was annoyed or pressuring me, which I feel is the usual experience for shopping for high end shoes. The curation and shoe selection at Bulo was quite good— a lot of unique upscale brands. Seems like a great place to find a quality shoe to last years!
