All is Forgiven Update to initial review: While we were sent the wrong product, the owner has now corrected the situation. Granted, we didn't have it for Xmas day but a new bag was sent and received a couple days later with the cooler compartment. Things happen, I get it. We were not required to send the first bag back (quite surprisingly) so we are now giving it to my nephew's 15-year-old girlfriend. I'm satisfied with my overall experience and I can vouch that this is a company that other consumers can trust. Thank you to Aaron, the owner, for his quick response.

The BEST company and bag EVER! Lax gear is the only company I will ever purchase bags from going forward! Their customer service set a new bar and when I feel that has been lost in the retail space. Aaron went above and beyond to resolve an issue we had with one of the bags and they have earned a customer for life in addition to me telling whoever will listen!
