The hosts and staff are incredibly detailed with showing the item - noting any call outs, discolorations, and even odors. Not only are they incredibly thorough, they also make the process fun and interactive. The FO fam are also always trying to work with clients on getting us our dream bags (I purchased a Chanel bag this past week and two Chanel wallets a couple days later) & for a great price! They’re definitely doing it right. I’ve worked with multiple pre-owned shops/boutiques and they’re the best in terms of quality, price, and experience.
