After I placed the order I emailed my concern & quickly received a reply about ’hand-picking’ an item to meet my request. When the bag arrived (a gift for our daughter) I was MORE than happy w image positions on the bag! My expectation was more than met!

Great Experience My bag arrived in perfect condition, and it was beautifully packaged. There were major storms when it was delivered, and the bag was not damaged at all.

Highly recommend I rarely write reviews, but I feel this was worth the time. I was hesitant to purchase brands from a different website but the product I received was truly authentic and I'm so excited to use my bag!
