I never received this product There was some confusion about what was ordered, but as soon as they found out they immediately shipped the right one with a return label for the wrong one. It was so easy and I love my new crossbody

I had never heard of the company, and I did a bit of research to determine the experiences of other individuals. The company received high marks. I was comfortable in ordering an item via the store website. The site and the check out processes worked well. Delivery was prompt. The item I received was indeed an original (not a knock-off copy) with tags and was new.I would not hesitate to place additional orders.
