GBMt. Air great shop I always enjoy shopping at Mt. Air. Most of the time the costumer service is great. There are times lately the sales associates are visiting with each other and not giving attention to the customer. I believe the sales associates know there stuff and if not ask a fellow worker.

GBGreat customer service! I bought hiking poles, which I had only looked at online. Ella was terribly helpful with explaining the various options & when she didn't know something - she got another staff member to explain. Great customer service! Thanks. I'll be back ;)

GBAlways helpful and friendly. Small town vibe. Always helpful, polite, friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I visit them throughout the year but mostly during skiing season as their shop is a great place to purchase from, get rentals, repairs and industry information. My family loves Mountain Air!

GBAlways enjoy Mountain Air Always enjoy Mountain Air; quality products and friendly staff. This last visit didn't seem to have as many clothing options as I've seen in the past.
