GBLens Coatings are considered Prescription Website states that prescription glasses must be canceled within 3 hours of purchase. There is no policy stated for non-prescription cancellations; however, the customer service rep, who loudly talked over me, stated that it is clearly stated on the website that applying coating to lens is the equivalent of a rx order and cannot be canceled. So, unless you buy frames with clear plastic lenses with no rx and no coating (which have no purpose), in truth, NONE of the glasses can be canceled after 3 hours.

GBIncredible customer service The customer service was incredible. They worked with me until we found the clip-on that would work for my 12+ year old Silhouette glasses. Awesome.

GBGreat it was quick and easy Great it was quick and easy. I was just wondering how to find other frames that would fit my lens. Just for the future. Also I would just like to mention I have purchased these frames before thru Sterling Optical and the case you sent actually broke my frames they were to small. Not sure if they put it togther or you guys did. It was the red case All the best Jennifer thank you!!!!

GBVery happy Friendly, professional personal service. Great range of frames and pricing. Collected my lovely new specs within a week after I asked if I could have them in time for a trip away. Far better experience than big chain opticians. Definitely recommend EyeSpecs in St Ives. Mrs T Fenwick.
