All Around Great Product/Service I discovered this product at a local boutique shop and purchased a canteen. I have since purchased 2 backpacks in different sizes and a wallet. Kind of perfect These bags are nicely designed and of very high quality. I returned one (Bantry, small) because it was smaller than I was hoping for, and the return procedure went smoothly. The bag I did keep (Finchley, medium) is perfect for my needs. It is structured, but not too rigid; it has lots of useful pockets, inside and out. It holds all my everyday needs, but also has room for a couple of books and a sweater, or lunch and binoculars. I wasn't really looking for a laptop bag, but my MacBook fits perfectly in the padded section, so I will be able to easily add that when needed. Really almost the perfect bag for me, and I think it will look good for a long time.
