Quality product, brilliant customer service I ordered three bags and found one was missing a strap and sport tiles. My heart sank as customer service is a dying art and thought I’d struggle to get the missing items. I was contacted by Dawn very quickly after leaving a message. She was incredibly helpful and seemed genuinely upset that the order wasn’t complete. She offered to send me the missing items immediately. I was subsequently contacted by Charlie from the warehouse who was similarly upset with the missing items and keen to make sure I received what I needed. Customer service like this is incredibly rare and very much appreciated. The quality of the bags and the brilliance of the customer service mean I am absolutely certain to order again and with complete confidence that I will receive top quality product from a company that cares about their customers. Kitbrix bags are fantastic Kitbrix bags are fantastic. Hard wearing, very durable and spacious. They can be used for various sport disciplines, and even as a weekend travel bag. I use one of my (2) bags as my daily work kitbag (I work for the Ambulance Service) and I can fit in everything I need for a shift (jacket, drinks bottle, flask, packed lunch, stethoscope and a few refrence books and other daily essentials for my role). The kitbrix company themselves are fantastic to deal with. I personally have received absoloutly fantastic customer service from Dawn. 👍 Would highly recommend kitbrix as a company, and would recommend purchasing from them. 5 🌟 all round.

I received this as a new member… I received this as a new member incentive for British Cycling, and I am very happy with it. Some have mentioned that it could do with being fluorescent/reflective, but this really only relevant if you are using it for cycling. I like that it's black. It's waterproof, roomy, and comfortable. Delivery was problem free as well :)
