(10 days) I messed up the address to where they were to be shipped and they got lost in the mail. Lauren was directly texting me with updates the entire time. She corrected my mistake and then shipped out a replacement order to get me the product I ordered. Not only did they meet my expectations of comfort, style and uniqueness.
