GBProduct is excellent and wife is… Product is excellent and wife is pleased. Ordered on 7/26/23 Received email on 7/28/23 stating order was on it's way with a tracking number and I thought it said delivery on 8/1/23. Received email on 8/7 said it was out for delivery. Would have been better not to receive an email about it being shipped until it was actually shipped. Otherwise nicely done.

GBI inadvertently ordered a necklace… I inadvertently ordered a necklace without reading product information and the necklace was too tight. I contacted Saule Label to see if I could get a larger size and they graciously allowed me to return the original necklace in exchange for the correct size. Saule Label is the most professional, courteous business I deal with! LOVE THEM!
