Ordered one for my daughter's birthday… Ordered one for my daughter's birthday on 09/06/2022. It said shipping will take 3-4days. It's 09/13/2022 and according to the tracking info, it just left China? I thought it was coming from USA seeing 3,4days shipping. My daughter's birthday is way passed.

I absolutely love this store I absolutely love this store. I came in for black Friday and bought some nails to try out (they were all so cute) and I’m obsessed!! I even went short for the first time in years and I am still in love! The price is not bad considering the add ons and super cute packaging. Not to mention the durability of the nails. I went get to try them out and now I’m regrettinggg not doing the buy 2 get 1 free deal. Definitely gonna drive down here again just for these nails.

Truly impressed All i wear are press ons. I have tried a lot, and I mean a lot of brands. I know the good and poor quality. These nails are fire for real. What you see in the add doesn’t do them justice. They are so high quality and beautiful. In fact my 23 and my 17 year old wanted them and they’re hard to please. Just bought 6 boxes. You got a customer for life.

AWFUL Business Practices and Customer Service I ordered 19 different nail sets from PSYTONE website, and spent over $370. But I only received 7 of the 19 nail sets that I ordered, and whenever I reached out to customer service, I was told they could only review my order and only give me a refund if they found my order to actually be partially missing - due to their warehouse having an arson incident and them losing ALL of their products. Yet, they still confirmed my order when I put it in, and at no point did they notify me that my order would be only partially shipped - in fact I received email saying my whole order shipped. Literally no attempt was made on their part to notify customers who had already paid orders OR customers who are visiting their website. They sent me this explanation via email ONLY AFTER I had reached out asking where my order was… and when they said they lost literally ALL of their product and therefore could not ship me my order I already paid for and have been waiting for, I went to their website to see if there was any notice posted for future customers and there was nothing on their website - in fact they are still allowing people to order ALL OF THEIR PRODUCT including the 12 nail sets that were missing from my order. So they are still taking people’s money even though apparently they have zero product left. This is a terrible business practice. Customers should have been notified on a mass level, and at the bare minimum they should make all of the products on their site temporarily unavailable with a statement explaining their warehouse had an arson fire and they are having to restock their products inventory before accepting any new orders, and then they should fulfill any orders that are already paid for and that did not receive their orders.
