I reached out and less than 30min later I got an email saying it would arrive Thursday (tomorrow). After I placed and paid for the item, I received a message that I can get a free chain with my order. The picture showed the same necklace I ordered??? If I'm suppose to qualify for another one please send me a different one. He doesn't need two of the same kind. I'm old and should had asked him to come over and do this ordering for me. He is almost 17 and I wanted this gift to be special. If I misunderstood the message on a free chain in addition to the one I ordered, I appolize. I know he will be excited with the one I purchased. After ordering the wrong color I reach… After ordering the wrong color I reach out to customer service in hopes of updating it to the correct color. This ended in the staff telling me NO and to just return the chain when I received it. I order the chain not even 4 hours ago, how simple is a change or color for the same chain.
