Expediting shipping does not get expedited handling. When a customer pays for expedited shipping, you would think that would mean expedited handling as well. Not the case. Ordered on the 5th, paid for 2 day delivery, got on the 10th which was a Saturday. Thank God I used USPS who delivers on Saturday or the birthday present would have been late. Product itself is fabulous and the price was right.

i have ordered from comomilano 4 times… i have ordered from comomilano 4 times and did return an item once. the item was accepted by them and i was refunded promptly (duties excluded). the items have always been lovely and as far as i know are authentic. i have read reviews on them and they are a legit company and are legit products.

Not satisfied Still not happy with packaging! My parcel was slightly damaged when I received it.

Good comms but problem still exits.... I got immediate reply from someone and the comm itself was great. The only reason I dropt one star is because the problem I was communicating--wasn't settled. I asked for the original box and I did get a YES answer. However, the scarf arrived without any box.S So.... Not really sure whether I am going to wait for more days ?
