Perfect bag I've gotten more compliments on my bobobark bag than on just about anything I've ever owned! It's a perfect bag for me: large enough to carry my Surface tablet plus a book or notebook or two, but not bulky and plenty of pockets, including the crucial side-access pocket for keys and phone.

The quality and durability is terrible… The bag is beautiful and yes extremely expensive. But the bad news is the cork is atrocious! Within weeks, I’ve only used the bag twice, I put it in the bag it comes with for storage and the straps stick to the bag and pull off the cork! It looks like a terrible second hand bag! Super awful and embarrassing to have paid $500 AU dollars for a bag that does not retain its beauty. Don’t buy it!

My purse arrived unexpectedly fast and… My purse arrived unexpectedly fast and it is so original and beautiful. Because of my height I wish that straps had more holes to be adjusted as well as chain strap. Also I wish that cell phone compartment is on opposite side because I wearing my purse over left shoulder, but all those are personal preferences. I am totally in love with my new purse and how well it’s organized inside. Orange pop up lining inside makes me happy whenever I open my purse.

Professionalism and Excellent Service The professionalism is awesome. The customer care and quality of product cannot be matched. My emails containing questions were immediately answered. I was able to track my order. Big or small orders are all treated with importance. Most importantly, the quality of the products I purchased is exceptional. I'm looking forward to purchasing more items.

Broken within a month The bag broke down from the corners within a month of having it at my boring indoor work, so not worth any money at all. They offered a replacement bag, but that's no guarantee that the new bag wouldn't break down as well within a month. As soon as I asked for a full refund, they stopped answering my emails. If you want a long term friend of a bag that you can rely on, wouldn't recommend this one. It's very pretty the bobobark, but not worth the money.
