Extra shipping cost I purchased a few hats Then I received an email saying shipping cost wasn’t included. Neither did my total checkout price reflect the 15% discount for my 1st order. I paid the additional shipping cost . Now just waiting on my hats

Took almost a month on the first order Took almost a month on the first order. Don’t necessarily think it was their fault. Could have been usps, even though they deliver TK me daily. Second order was incomplete and then argued about it with me for days. Poorly managed company. Poor communication. Not even a phone number. Just crap.
